I think Subanen is a tribe mostly live in remote places. And most of their house place above the tree is like this picture as it looks a tree house.

I think you are right. Most of the Subanen place their house above the tree since before there were dangerous animals attacks people in the mountain place. And also a tree house is an overlooking.

I think it is cold, no need to have an aricon since the ambiance is fresh.

You are right. As long as there is big tree, that makes the srroundings so fresh and cold.

I love big trees. Unfortunately we do not have plenty of those nowadays. Especially if you live quite near the city. The best green thing you see are potted plants. If only we have huge trees kids would still have a place to build their tree houses like those tribal homes. I have seen some of those in Baguio although I'm not sure whether it's called the same.
