What do you want to know? I grew up in Zamboanga & I can tell you where to & not to go. And you don't have to have that much money coz food and erthing are cheap but class.

Adventurous as I may be, I'd rather stay in an a/c'd room than "be one with nature". Hehe Whatchathink? Is all that possible to do for 4d/3n at a budget of PHp10-12K inclusive of airfare?

hmmm one with the nature, you're talking about sta. cruz island, but I don't think there's a lot of muslim culture there. In La Vista del Mar, it's a nice classy resort, few kilometers outside that resort, there's a beach called Karagasan, it's not a clean tourist spot-like beach but if you wanna see the culture, this is the place you go to. At the other end of Zamboanga, Arena Blanco, there are lots of beaches there & the population is 90% mix of tausug, maranao, & other muslim tribes. I'm not sure about the 90% but as of my experience, that was what I saw. Anyway, in Arena Blanco, I remember we went to where they make salt. It's beside the beach, prolly 1-2 miles away from a lake-like beach HIDDEN IN MANGROVES! How do you like that!? Man I personally wanna go back there. I just forgot the name of the place coz it's not like a tourists spot but I swear you'll forget all the bad news about Zamboanga if you go there. The downside is, there's no a/c'd hotel that I know in that part of Zamboanga. About the budget, all you have to worry about are the fares really, coz food in Zamboanga, fruits, fish, bread, vegetables & all are cheap cos of the abundant supply. But I suggest you take more with you coz you'll never know, you'll love it so much you'll stay for another day :D
and ye, the people in The Office of Tourism, are nice, so if ever you actually go to Zamboanga, you might wanna go visit them, just say hi, say YSLAMENTALS promoted his hometown so proudly! :D

For the budget it depends on your point of origin..if your coming from manila the cheapest airfare would be 4k+ that if you avail the promo of particular airlines..
