the heart center was built during the martial law years upon the behest of the powers that be then. be that as it may, the heart center has been, among others, a silver lining in the otherwise economically-challenged situation we find ourselves in especially at this present chapter in our history. it has been helping develop countless specialists in cardiology and associated fields, and a long line of past patients are grateful, for without the expertise and facilities of the heart center, their happy ending would have been different and i know this based on my own experience. the important thing is we have the heart center, let's be thankful to those who made it possible and continue to make it better . :D

I think when talking about specialties specially in heart is a beat pricey. Anyway, no matter how it cost as long as we still alive then go on with life...
