I think you can meet fellow tourists (locals and foreigners) in Boracay and hang-outs around the metro (Manila, Makati, Cebu).

Cos if you're talking about for a lifetime or serious relationship, you can't just go around looking for that person - the universe brings her to you. Now if you just want to hit something - clubs will be perfect for you.

So true... maybe the reason why you are looking for love is because you are lonely and not because you want to find the right one for you. Enjoy being single and visit the Philippines for your alone time. Who knows you might find her when you least expect it (while you are touring the Philippines perhaps?); when you do find her, visit the romantic places in the Philippines or even get married there!;)
