I've heard that during the 1980's, Philippines is one of the top 5 impressive country in the Philippines. In fact, it is one of the firsts who had a Mercedes benz taxi.

It's interesting to see Manila in the 1930s. The city was alive with activities, the men seem well suited in white, and the modes of transportation,the calesas and vintage cars. Great video! Thanks for sharing this OceanBreezeInn. :)

The video is very nostalgic for a lot of people. It is nice to see how Manila looks like before. For people like me who have not seen Manila, this video is definitely helpful. It gave me a perspective of Manila in this era. There is really a huge difference now.
