The architecture of the building is very nice. Similar in Europe. I don't like the kind of buildings of schools now. They are now boring. :D

By the way, for people who don't know, Jose Rizal studied Philosophy and Letters at the University of Santo Tomas. Nice, no? Our national hero's school is still up and mighty.

What i can advise is visit UST during christmas. You will really feel the christmas inside the campus. UST has also this yearly tradition of Paskuhan and administration spends hundreds of thousands in celebration for christmas ( christmas lights, fireworks, etc.) What more? The UST singers will be inside the campus singing all your christmas songs.:)

Has anyone tried eating at the stores located in the carpark across UST Hospital? Anyway, I've tried Cerealicious, the first cereal bar in the Philippines, and it's quite good!

I've tried eating beside UST at P. Noval street. There's a small "carinderia" there (can't recall the name) which offers affordable sizzling dishes. I'm not sure though if its still there. :)

The only cancer institute in the philippines

This is true. Sigh I wish that the Government would fund Government Hospitals to help out cancer patients.
